Master's in Organizational Development- concentration in

Using the latest best practices in Leadership, our certificate will propel your career to the executive levels of management. You will learn effective communication, persuasion and conflict resolution.

With classes meeting just one night per week for eight weeks, you can keep your full time job while your pursue your Master's degree with a concentration in Executive Leadership. You can apply and enroll every eight weeks by taking advantage of our rolling admissions process. The graduate certificate is 12 credit hours that rolls easily into the Master of Science in Organizational Development degree. You can stop with the certificate or proceed with the Master’s Degree- the flexibility and choice are yours.


Course Requirements

The 37-credit hour program for a Master’s degree in organizational development includes courses for organizational psychology, conflict management, and human resources.
