ID & T Certifiate Program at Avila UniversityOur Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology Advances You.

Infused in today's business climate is the need for constant learning with the use of technology as a guide and support. With a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology, you will gain the skills you need to utilize adult learning theory; design curriculum and coursework, leverage technology and social media to impact change or enhance employee development within your organization. The course work in the certificate will challenge you to adapt methods and technologies in innovative ways to respond to learning demands. In addition, you will learn how to align Instructional Design and Technology with transformational initiatives and organizational strategic plans.

With classes meeting just one night per week for eight weeks or on weekends, you can keep your full-time job while your pursue your graduate certificate. You can apply and enroll every eight weeks by taking advantage of our rolling admissions process. The graduate certificate is 13 credit hours that rolls easily into the Master of Arts in Management degree. You can stop with the certificate or proceed to a Master's degree- the flexibility and choice is yours.
