Admission Information
Entrance Requirements
  1. To enter the Advantage program, you must be 23 years of age or have a minumum of three years of work experience.

  2. Must complete at least 128 hours of academic work. A minimum of at least 2.0 ("C") grade-point average required for graduation. (All work attempted including transfer credits.)

Methods of Tuition Payment
Tuition is due on the first night of class. The following options are available:
  1. Total tuition payment
  2. Tuition voucher for direct company billing
  3. Deferred payment
  4. Employer reimburesement

Financial Aid
Avila Advantage students who register for at least six (6) semester hours may be eligible for financial aid, consisting of deferred student loans. All aid applicants must be accepted for admission to the program before an award is made. The Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFS) form must be completed. Financial Aid must be fully processed and loan checks or disbursing dates must be on record in the Business Office at class start time. Please visit www.fafs.ed.gov for application information.


Format
  1. Eight-week, five-week, online and weekend-intensive classes offered year round.
  2. Avila Advantage students may also enroll in weekend-intensive courses or the traditional undergraduate courses to satisfy core or general elective requirements.
  3. On-line courses are also available
