Enrollment Process for Transfer Students
The following checklist may help in your transfer process:

Official Transcripts of all college-level work completed sent directly to Avila University at:

- Official transcripts must be obtained from each college attended, even if one transcript includes all previous college work. Transfer students who have completed less than twenty-four (24) college credit hours must also submit official high school transcripts.
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 in academic coursework accepted towards a degree at Avila University.
- Schedule a campus visit. Our Campus Visit Coordinator will connect you with your academic advisor, a campus tour and your Admission Representative.
- Submit a FAFSA. The FAFSA ( Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Avila's FAFSA code is 002449.
- Submit a $200 enrollment deposit to the Office of Admission.
