My favorite thing about Kansas City is the color of the trees in the fall around campus and on Ward Parkway. I try to make a point of driving down to the Plaza in late October because they are incredibly beautiful.

Avila truly is my second home. The moment I stepped foot onto Avila’s campus when I was a senior in high school, I knew that this is where I wanted to go to college. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. |
| People would be surprised to know that: |
I have an extensive record collection that my dad gave me. I love listening to Classic Rock albums from the 1960's and 70's in their original form. The Eagles, The Doors, Marshall Tucker Band, Led Zeppelin…they all sound better on vinyl. |
