There are two ways to apply to Avila University, either online or by downloading the form.
You must also submit the Secondary School Report Form. The link is below.

Simply fill out the online form and request your transcripts be sent from all schools attended.

Simply fill out the application, sign and return, then request your transcripts
be sent from all schools attended. There is a $25 fee for mail-in applications.
