Bob Lehman returns to the Avila women's basketball program for his 4 th season. His responsibilities for the coming season will be recruiting coordinator. Lehman spent four years as the assistant coach at the University of St. Mary in Leavenworth and has previously coached at both St. Mary's High School and St. Pius High School in the Kansas City metro.

His first book, "Developing Post Players: A Complete Training Guide" was published in 2005.

A graduate of Kansas State , he resides in the Northland with his wife, Mindy and three children, Aaron, Adam, and Abbie.
