Kansas City, MO - Two members of the Avila University women's volleyball team were recently honored as the Eagle's 2005 season gets underway.

Senior Jessica Fiebrich was chosen as a member of the All Tournament team at the Labor Day Classic hosted by Bellevue University (NE). Fiebrich, a communications major, is the daughter of Larry and Yolanda Fiebrich of New Braunfels, TX.

Junior Casey Jones was selected to the All-Tournament Team at the Baker Invitational. Jones, a business administration major, is the daughter of Mike and Lori Jones of Freeman, MO.

The Eagles, under the direction of second year head coach Frederick Wagner, return to action tonight (September 13), at Benedictine.
