TEAM AWARD

Mike Sharpe, athletic director, at Avila University also announced on Friday Feb. 3rd, 2006, that the Avila University football program had reached a milestone. With all grades tabulated for the fall season, the football team’s over grade point average, has gone to a 2.7 on a 4 point scale. That increase puts the 2005 team with the best over all gpa in the history of the football program in seven years.
