Tom Miller enters his 8th season as the Eagles pitching coach and has earned a national reputation for developing quality pitchers. Under Miller's leadership, the Eagles routinely rank among the top statistical leaders in pitching. A standout athlete himself, Miller pitched at Ohio University, was selected by the Boston Red Sox in the Major League Baseball draft, and reached the Triple A level with the San Francisco Giants organization. Tom has been a loyal assistant coach to coach Howard and to the Avila community. Coach Miller is married to Annie who is a high school teacher in the North Kansas City School District. Tom and Annie are proud new parents of baby August (Augie) Miller.
