With a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Avila, you will have all the critical skills and knowledge that employers are looking for to help them meet the challenges of managing and developing people.

Courses are offered online—and you can break your course schedule into 8-week, 5-week, online, and weekend intensive formats, beginning several times a year.   • Benefit packages and how they affect organizational processes
  • Staffing design, including how to deal with hourly and salaried employees and how to design, write, and conduct performance appraisals

  • How to write an HR plan
  • The role of HR in the organizational structure
